This year’s venue has a capacity of 250 attendees.
Registration deadline is Friday, March 29, 2019. No registrations will be accepted after this date. Registration is not available at the site. Name badges will be provided at bus pick-ups and Alisal Ranch entrance to all paid, pre-registered attendees. These name badges will be required for admission. No paper tickets will be issued — please print your online confirmation for your own receipt.
Is there a waiting list?
PFE 2019 is expected to sell out. Registrations are first-confirmed, first-served. There is no waiting list.
Staff and board members from 501c(3)nonprofit organizations and foundations serving Santa Barbara County community members are invited to register. Independent consultants currently serving Santa Barbara County nonprofits also welcome.
Given a limited capacity of 250 guests this year, you may register up to 2 guests per organization (1 per consultancy). Organizations are encouraged to diversify your registrants, and the PFE convening, by including a staff member from programs, community outreach/advocacy, executive/development, or board. Please coordinate with your colleagues to confirm your 2 registrants prior to completing registration and profiles.
STAY THE DAY, UNPLUGGED
Particular to this year’s venue at Alisal Ranch, registrants must commit to the full program day: 8:00 am – 6:30 pm. Apart from personal/family emergencies, transportation will not be available from the Sycamore Grove program site to the Alisal Ranch entrance/parking lots during the day. Roundtrip Jump on the School Bus communal transportation is highly recommended to and from Santa Maria, Lompoc, and Santa Barbara to optimize your experience. There is no wifi and very spotty cell service at and around Alisal Ranch.
PFE Registration: $110
Registration fees include roundtrip communal transportation, hayrides to Alisal Ranch site from parking area, full day program, networking opportunities with 250+ attendees, conference materials, as well as coffee hour, farm-to-table lunch, and afternoon networking Happiness Hour.
Registration may be completed online by credit card. Payment is required at the time of registration. Space is limited and registrations will be accepted in the order received. By generosity of The Foundation Roundtable sponsors, limited scholarships are available for financial need and community access. Scholarship application deadline is Friday, March 15, 2019. Scholarship awards will be announced by Friday March 22, 2019.

This year’s program will be a full day outdoors at Alisal Ranch. This private venue has dirt roads and paths which are subject to impacts of weather. Participants will move across uneven and unpredictable terrain throughout the day. The program will involve periods of standing, sitting in folding chairs/picnic benches, hayrides in open trailers, and walking/hiking around the ranch. Participants may be exposed to sun, wind, cold/warm and changing temperatures, insect life, uneven surfaces and other natural elements.

Due to logistical complexities at the outdoor venue, language interpretation services cannot be provided at this year’s event.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by mail or email no later than April 1, 2019. Requests received by the deadline will be confirmed by email and processed for full refund after April 15, 2019. No credits are available. No refund approvals after April 1, 2019. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration by email to another participant before April 8, 2019.
