“Pints for the Park,” Santa Barbara’s Original Beer Festival, Returns as a Benefit for Elings Park

The soccer fields at Santa Barbara’s Elings Park will once again be home for the Pints for the Park beer festival, when the popular event returns on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m.

More than 20 Central Coast breweries, wineries, and producers of cider and kombucha have been confirmed to date, with more to be announced. Cuisine from food trucks, snacks, and park merchandise will be available for purchase. DJ Darla Bea will provide the music, and a lounge area with lawn games is planned in addition to the tasting booths.

Tickets are priced at $65 for general admission and $85 for VIP access that allows access one hour early (at 3 p.m.), and can be purchased at www.elingspark.org/beerfest. This event is for ages 21 and older only; a valid ID is required for entry. Last call is at 7:45 p.m. No infants, children, or pets are allowed, including EPDOG members.

Pints for the Park was among the first beer festivals held in Santa Barbara when it debuted in 2004. This marks its first return since 2020, when COVID restrictions cancelled the event.

“Even with the other beer festivals in town, we heard from so many people who wanted Pints for the Park to come back,” said Elings Park Executive Director Dean Noble. “We’ve embraced the slogan, ‘Drink Beer – Support Elings Park’ as a playful way to remind people that it benefits our nonprofit park, which is enjoyed by so many in our community.”

At 230 acres, Elings Park is the largest privately funded park in America. It receives no tax dollars or government support for operations or maintenance, and depends entirely on community support to stay open and admission-free year-round.
