FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Central Coast, CA, November 28, 2022 – People’s Self-Help Housing (PSHH) has received a $10,000 gift from NeighborWorks America to support advancements with their equity program: the IDEA Commission.
The funding will allow PSHH to further engage with professional equity consulting, and provide all staff with additional training and the opportunity to create strategies to address systemic obstacles within the organization.
“We are so grateful to NeighborWorks America for their sustained support in moving our mission forward,” said PSHH CEO & President Ken Trigueiro. “This funding will allow us to broaden the efforts of our IDEA Commission and ensure that we fulfill our commitment to building an inclusive, diverse, and equitable culture at PSHH and throughout the communities we serve.”
