VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
EDC is graciously asking for the assistance of approximately 30-35 volunteers to work one or more shifts for pre-event preparation from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. and/or event management on September 8, 2023 (varied shifts between 3:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.).For pre-event prep, we will need help with assembling check-in materials, creating event signage, and completing other administrative tasks. For the event itself, we are seeking assistance with setting up, checking folks in, assisting with crowd control/providing guest assistance, monitoring our event entrance, bartending (must be 21+), keeping the event tidy, and cleaning up. All volunteers will get free entry to the event and a volunteer t-shirt if you don’t already have one!
