FREE Nonprofit Organization Evaluation and Recommendation Report

Greetings,

This summer, I will be teaching a course on Nonprofit Management through the Emory University – Executive MPH Program. This will be my third year offering this course and many Santa Barbara County nonprofits have already participated.

Students in the course are required to complete an Evaluation of a Nonprofit . During these evaluations, students research a local nonprofit, interview management of the organization, and develop a SWOT analysis and most importantly a Recommendations Report for the nonprofit. The Recommendations Report will include an Executive Summary, a final written report, and a presentation, which will be made available to the nonprofit.

I would like to invite you to consider participating.  As a participating nonprofit, we would ask that you or your designees be interviewed by our students three separate times for up to one hour each time. Because the class runs from May 17 through August 2, 2024, I need to secure 3-4 nonprofits willing to engage with these students before March 30, 2024.
