REPORTS TO: Director of Wellness Programs and Services
The Resident Services Liaison (RSL) is responsible for assisting the Director of Wellness Programs and
Services with organizing, planning and conducting activities specifically appropriate for Golden Inn &
Village (GIV) residents according to their interests and abilities. Additionally, the RSL will assist the
Programs Director in encouraging residents to participate in and conduct activities with the goal of
stimulation and socialization. Must be able to work well with elderly people and all personality types, be
capable of multi-tasking while staying focused, possess computer skills, and must have excellent
communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists with Monthly Calendar, Sign in Sheets, Filing and Distribution of Flyers and other Notices.
Helps with set-up and clean-up of activities and is capable of running activities.
Helps during special programs and events.
Assists in food program scheduling, organizing and distribution.
Follows up with returning calls
Arranges for special pick-up and delivery of goods and services.
Writes and mails thank you cards and other outreach to residents.
Must be SafeServ certified to be in commercial kitchen.
Other duties as assigned.
