The Human Resource Assistant performs administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Garden’s human resource department. This includes providing administrative support for employee health and welfare plans and occasionally acting as liaison between employees and brokers or insurance providers. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
This position requires outstanding interpersonal skills, and is characterized by the high level of discretion and confidentiality necessary for dealing with sensitive information.
This full-time (40 hours per week) non-exempt, benefitted position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
