Director of Strategic Partnerships

United Way of Santa Barbara County is seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses strategic vision, confidence, & organizational skills for a F/T Director of Strategic Partnerships.  Duties include strategic planning, agency relations, volunteer relations, grant management, and community events. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, energetic, team-oriented individual with a BA and 4+ years of program and/or project management experience. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and self-driven individual with a demonstrated track record in fundraising and the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines. Excellent oral and written skills are required. Intermediate skill w/ MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required. Experience with databases desired. Compensation package is competitive.
