Great opportunity to work with families, children and youth by providing information, referral support and case management to community members in coordination with schools and partner organizations. The Case Manager will assist families with accessing services, consulting with school staff, translation and navigations of systems. Key skill sets include the capacity to handle multiple tasks, remain flexible, prioritize appropriately and manage work flow. Great team player. Passion for working with youth and families. Experience in data entry and reporting preferred. BA preferred, AA in Human Services or related field with 2 years’ experience or High School diploma with 4 years of experience. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record. Must pass the Department of Justice fingerprinting process.
