Due to the strong response, we’ve moved to a larger venue in Lompoc.
After several years apart, we’re bringing nonprofit leaders from across Santa Barbara County back together for a revitalized Executive Director Roundtable.
This session will start with a facilitated discussion on “Leading Strategically in Times of Uncertainty.” Together, we’ll explore the delicate balance leaders face, between reacting to immediate challenges and making thoughtful, strategic decisions that align with your mission. Participants will be introduced to practical tools—such as a sustainability matrix and scenario planning —to help guide structured change management conversations and strengthen mission-aligned, sustainable decision-making. The discussions can also inform future topics participants would like to see addressed at future Roundtables. Whether you’re a seasoned nonprofit leader or new to your leadership role, this session provides a confidential space to connect and build community
As a part of kicking-off the ED Roundtable, we’ll also take some time to reimagine what this forum can be—offering space to build relationships, exchange ideas, and provide mutual support in navigating today’s nonprofit landscape. We’ll discuss the purpose and priorities for the Roundtable, preferred formats, how to best build connections, and potential topics for the coming year as we shape a quarterly series designed by and for our local nonprofit EDs.
This is an in-person event, and lunch will be served. We welcome you to join us early at 11:30 am to start enjoying your lunch before we begin promptly at 12 pm.
