Do you want to strengthen your leadership skills to improve your organization’s effectiveness?  In this workshop you will learn science-based insights, collaborate with other nonprofit leaders, and gain actionable take-aways. Learn to apply the “Resilience-Informed Leadership Approach” to help your organization achieve sustained high performance and mission fulfillment. The facilitators integrate their expertise in organizational science, corporate finance, and functional medicine with their backgrounds in sports as former college athletes. They use a systems-based approach to wellbeing as a business leadership strategy and seek to develop “executive athletes™ ” – nonprofit business professionals who are resilient & have sustainable high performance without burnout.

Learning Outcomes: In an interactive workshop, participants will:

  • Gain an understanding of multidimensional wellbeing and how it can be strategically leveraged for performance in the nonprofit workplace.
  • Learn about and practically apply the “Resilience-Informed Leadership Approach” via an interactive nonprofit case study.
  • Strengthen leadership skills and use a science-based understanding of trauma as a catalyst for resilience-building and growth.
