Unlock the tools to create meaningful change with Building an Equity Mindset, a transformative FREE 6-week online, asynchronous course designed to elevate your understanding of inclusion through the lens of accessibility and anti-discrimination. Through engaging discussions and reflective practices, you’ll gain the language and background knowledge needed to speak confidently about the historical and current factors that create an uneven playing field in U.S. society—including racism, ableism, sexism, and gender-based discrimination. Whether you’re a manager, staff member, or HR professional, this course will empower you to build more inclusive workplaces. HR professionals are especially encouraged to enroll to experience firsthand a model of inclusion training they may want to bring to their teams and workplaces.
This course series is now open for enrollment. Each course in the two-part series is 6 weeks long (for a total of 12 weeks if you take both courses to earn the certificate). Both courses are asynchronous (i.e., self-paced according to a schedule with no required meetings).
