Celebrating the Legacy of Don Bushnell
1:00 – 2:00 pm PST / 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm EST /
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm CST / 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm MST
On Sunday, January 7, Fielding will celebrate Don’s birthday!
As a founding faculty member of the Fielding Human and Organizational Development Program, Dr. Bushnell wore many hats in the community. We also remember him as a passionate advocate of Fielding students. He loved fun, and he used his birthdays to raise funds for the Bushnell Endowed Scholarship for Organizational and Social Change.
On his 91st birthday, Dr. Bushnell wished to raise $10,000 for Fielding students, supporting research in organizational and social change — a passion close to him. We are dedicated to keeping his birthday wish alive by expanding The Bushnell Endowed Scholarship. This scholarship ensures that the research conducted by our students not only has practical applications but also genuinely ignites positive social change.
Please join us online on Sunday, January 7, for an hour of fun, storytelling, and connecting.
Event MC: Fielding alum and Don Bushnell’s mentee, Thyonne Gordon, Ph.D.
Special guest to tell the “Fish” story: Anna DiStefano, Ed.D., Fielding Provost Emerita
