This year, Casa del Herrero celebrates its 100th anniversary, having withstood the test of time and natural disasters—from earthquakes to floods, debris flows, and unprecedented storms. A testament to architectural and engineering feats of significant local architects including Lutah Maria Riggs, George Washington Smith, the landscape architect Raph T. Stevens, and more – the Casa invites our local community to join us in a day of celebration!
We are hosting three 2-hour sessions for activities so you can sign up for a time that works for you and your family!
Session 1: 10am-12pm
Session 2: 12:30pm-2:30pm
Session 3: 3pm-5pm
During your scheduled visit, you’ll be able to roam the grounds, take mini-tours of the home and workshop, and participate in variety of themed activities, and explore the “Hearst Castle” of Montecito with your family and friends.
