I am currently a PhD student in Global Studies at UCSB. My research compares cooperative, non-profit and for-profit social enterprises in Barcelona, Spain; San Francisco, USA; and Chengdu, China. I have been a proxy advisor to responsible investors, a governance consultant to both for-profit companies and non-profit organizations, and a director on non-profit boards, including the Advisory Committee to Truth in Recruitment here in Santa Barbara. I completed a course on non-profit board consulting from BoardSource and the Graduate Program in Management Practice at UCSB. I have an MA in Finance and an MA in Global Studies.
