A native of Lompoc, Ashley has always been drawn to service to her community including running for Lompoc City Council in 2010 and serving a 4 year term as an elected official. Ashley leads with the values of authenticity, empathy, hard work and collaboration. She tirelessly advocates for Lompoc and development of leaders in the Lompoc Valley. She is able to do this in part in her current role as Executive Director for the non-profit the Lompoc Valley Community Healthcare Organization (LVCHO) and in full as a Board Member for Leading From Within. Ashley is passionate about community health and embraces this passion through service at the LVCHO as well on the Board of Directors for Veggie Rescue.
