I have had the good fortune of working with Holly since 2005 within her capacity as a consultant at First 5 Santa Barbara County. Without hesitation, I can confidently attest to her broad skill set and knowledge regarding research, child development, and psychology. Her commitment to this field translates into all that she does. She has spearheaded a variety of First 5 Santa Barbara County projects aimed at improving children and families’ health and development. In addition to serving as the primary researcher of several mixed method studies, she has lead collaborations of government, business, and child development specialists through needs assessments, strategic plan development, and implementation of county-wide initiatives, and served as project manager of countless other First 5 activities. She also has conducted numerous First 5 parent and professional curricula and trainings.
