A full accounting of work history and educational training can be viewed on my LinkedIn page, or in word-doc form upon request. I have skills and experience in project management, team building, clerical work, event planning, scheduling, grant writing, project and training oversight, committee work, and have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. I'm proficient in programs like MS Office Suite, various CRM software programs, social media platforms and operating systems. I am skilled in creative problem solving and can produce measurable results, building both diversity and inclusion. I also work well both independently or collaboratively in a team or leadership role. I’ve been commended on my ability to present information effectively, to organize and to prioritize work with competing deadlines. I believe in cul;tivating strategic relationships between organizations, and in setting up networks, targeting a holistic approach to address issues. I feel that we need a multidimensional approach to improve project results, and life for people, improving communities not just individuals. I think when communities are empowered they then become involved in the values of the community and create investment by a wider section of society resulting in real and sustainable change.
