Katherine Harvey Fellows | 20th Anniversary Class
Anyone interested in expanding their impact to the people and issues they care about is encouraged to apply or be nominated regardless of prior leadership experience. Katherine Harvey Fellows is an 18-month experiential education program that includes four primary components: values exploration, community education, experiential learning and connecting.
Both seasoned and aspiring leaders achieve transformative learning when part of a community of diverse peers. We recognize that it takes the work of people from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives to address community issues. Thus, we seek and encourage, applications or nominations from diverse professionals and personal backgrounds, and from all Santa Barbara County communities.
Specific Candidate Criteria includes:
- Curious personality and open to exploring new ideas
- Ready to expand how they serve the people and issues important to them in Santa Barbara County
- Able to make a full commitment to all phases of the program
- Reside and/or work in Santa Barbara County
- Age 25-45
Applications are being accepted through October 15, 2018 for the January 2019 – June 2020 class.
