CommUnify’s Family and Youth Services (FYS) department is looking for applicants who enjoy assessing programs, creating procedures, organizing, strategic planning, and collaborating with a variety of diverse people. The FYS Program at CommUnify is hiring a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager. The QA Manager is responsible for ensuring that all project and departmental standards and requirements are met consistent with contractual requirements and Agency policies and procedures. The QA Manager will also assist the Director in developing and maintaining FYS policies, procedures, and systems consistent with funder requirements and evidence-based service provision.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Administration, Public Administration or Human Services or related field and a minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience with three (3) years of providing services in health or human services programs or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Two (2) years direct experience in managing government funded programs, including program and budget planning is highly desired. Strong computer skills with knowledge of Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Valid California Driver’s license. Ability to speak Spanish desirable.
