The Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara seeks a full-time Program Advisor to promote our student aid outreach and advising program. This position will be based in Santa Barbara but will require travel throughout Santa Barbara County as needed. Requires an energetic individual with excellent organizational skills and strong public-speaking ability. You should be dependable, outgoing, professional, flexible, and have experience communicating with diverse populations. Bachelor’s degree and 1 – 2 years’ experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred. Evening and weekend activities are required, and you must have a car and proof of insurance.
