Santa Ynez Valley People Helping People (PHP) (www.syvphp.org) is a non-profit service agency providing essential human service programming in the Greater Santa Ynez Valley, Solvang, Santa Ynez, Buellton, Los Alamos and other unincorporated areas of the valley. Our Service Center, located in Solvang, provides services “Under One Roof” that include; Housing Stability, Food Security, Health and Mental Wellness Services, Family Advocacy and Case Management. PHP operates five Family Resource Centers located on our local school campuses. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong organizational and people skills to coordinate our food program and emergency housing programs as well as other support services for our clients. Key skill sets include the capacity to handle multiple tasks, remain flexible, prioritize appropriately and manage work flow. Great team player. Ability to supervise and lead paid staff and volunteers to fulfill PHP outreach and mission. Experience in data entry and reporting preferred.

BA preferred, AA in Human Services or related field with 2 years’ experience or High School diploma with 4 years of experience. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record. Must pass the Department of Justice fingerprinting process. TB clearance upon hire.
