The expanding Partners in Education program seeks a self-motivated and innovative thinker who enjoys working with high school youth and people from all backgrounds. You can create video content, facilitate job readiness workshops virtually and in person, and coordinate internships across Santa Barbara County. You are an effective communicator in English and Spanish, with flexible hours and able to travel countywide.

Requirements –

Education: High school diploma and two years of college level instruction Experience: Four years experience in a responsible administrative or program support position, including one year of experience working with locally based foundations, non-profits, businesses, schools, and/or community organizations.
