Hutton Parker Foundation Announces New Structure & Staff Promotions
Santa Barbara, CA, For Immediate Release: Hutton Parker Foundation, one of the largest private foundations headquartered in Santa Barbara, is pleased to announce the promotion of Pamela Lewis from Executive Director to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Robyn Parker from Program Associate to Program Officer.
As COO, Ms. Lewis will provide leadership and strategic oversight for finance and administration at the Foundation. She will direct, manage and coordinate all internal operational activities including accounting, audit, tax, information technology and administration.
As Program Officer, Ms. Parker will support all Foundation distribution activities and work closely with the Foundation’s Board and Grant Selection Committees to coordinate all annual distributions.

As Executive Director of the past 18 years and now Chief Operating Officer, Pam Lewis brings a level of experience, integrity and professionalism that will provide a seamless transition as we look forward to the next 20 years. In her new role as Program Officer, Robyn Parker will support Hutton Parker Foundation’s Board and Grant Committee Members to continue to provide the same level and quality of support our nonprofit community has come to expect.”
