Starting November 11, the City of Santa Barbara will accept proposals from eligible applicants for the fiscal year 2017-2018 Human Services and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs.

 Interested applicants must attend the MANDATORY Application Orientation and Technical Assistance Workshop held  November 10, 2016. See attached notice for details.
