Hospice of Santa Barbara Kicks off the Holiday Season with Four Locations and Dates to Attend this Year’s Light Up A Life

Hospice of Santa Barbara invites the community to celebrate and honor the lives of their loved ones by attending one or more of their 36th annual Light Up A Life ceremonies.

The holiday season can stir up a range of emotions, including joy, stress, sadness, and everything in between. For those preparing to navigate the holiday season after the loss of a loved one, this time of year can be even more difficult.

“These events are for every person in our community as we are all are missing someone during the holiday season,” said David Selberg, CEO of Hospice of Santa Barbara.  “Light Up A Life is an opportunity for each and every one of us join together to celebrate those individuals we love who are no longer with us. These events, for many, have become the true start of the Season,” said Selberg.

Stars are available for a suggested donation of $15 or more and can also be purchased at each ceremony for those who wish to personalize a star to hang on the tree. All proceeds will ben
