Jumpstart your year-end fundraising with a practical plan of attack. This session will address holiday giving, annual membership renewal, #GivingTuesday and how to end the year happy and bright.

Tina Hernandez joined the Channel Islands YMCA staff in October 2013 as the Marketing and Communications Director. Brining with her 12 years of marketing experience from the banking industry, Tina has worked to refocus marketing efforts at the Y on a move toward storytelling, content and data driven decision-making.

Jill Rode, CFRE, brings 28 years of experience and fundraising and nonprofits to the YMCA. She has raised millions of dollars on the Central Coast area including Girl Scouts, Santa Barbara Symphony, American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Santa Barbara Zoo and Direct Relief. She currently supervises the fundraising of the seven branches of the Channel Islands YMCA.

Megan Voshell has been with the YMCA for more than 20 years, the last 10 at the Camarillo Family YMCA. She has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in partnership with her board and Y volunteers to support the mission of the Y.
