The Foundation for Santa Barbara City, Santa Barbara City College, and Union Bank are collaborating on a free presentation to nonprofit organizations on defending against cybercrime and developing strategies to protect confidential data from potential attack.
A panel of five experts, Jim Clark (SBCC IT Director), Joyce Dudley (SB County District Attorney), Howard Miller (Cybercrime Insurance), Tina Louise Penn (Cloud Plus Services), and a representative from the FBI’s National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force, facilitated by Moderator CJ Ward (SB News Channel 3) will offer advice and information on multiple aspects of cybercrime and respond to questions from the audience.
The forum will take place on Tuesday, July 25, 2017, from 9:00-11:00 a.m. in the Fé Bland Forum located in in the Business and Communications Building on SBCC’s West Campus.
