Project Heal of Santa Barbara County a 501(c)(3) charity aspires to create increased awareness of the "Integrative Holistic Care Model" we strive to empower those living with mental and chronic health conditions in our community. we do this by providing access to healthcare navigation stations, health literacy campaigns/events .
our prevention awareness includes access to health literacy, resources, referrals, and holistic care management support. We promote integrative health services, including a nursing, neuropsychology, and peer support philosophy to empower our members.
