Amanda Conroy, a skilled fundraising and marketing professional in the nonprofit sector, has been promoted to Development & Marketing Director for the Mental Wellness Center.
Amanda Conroy completed her undergraduate studies at UC Santa Barbara, where she graduated with a dual B.A. degree in 2009. Towards the end of her time at UCSB, Amanda became involved with the local Santa Barbara community through volunteering and interning with several nonprofit organizations. Amanda has now worked professionally in the nonprofit sector for over a decade and possesses a strong passion and dedication for public service and helping those who need us most. Amanda’s strengths are in the areas of Development, Fundraising, and Marketing & Communications. In May 2018, she earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Public Sector Management and Leadership from California State University Northridge. Since completing her Master’s degree, Amanda has continued to serve the nonprofit community in both Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.
