Our Santa Barbara Reception will honor our 2023 Dolores Huerta Grassroot Leader Awardees and our Corazón Award Recipient: Santa Maria Councilwoman Gloria Soto. We’ll bring together a vibrant cross section of the progressive community–supporters, like you, that are at the heart of our work building electoral power from the grassroots up!
Every year, this event is key to raising the annual funds for CAUSE Action Fund’s work to strengthen the grassroots power of immigrants, young people, and working-class communities throughout the Central Coast.
Our annual event will again bring together a vibrant cross-section of community-minded supporters and take place at the historic Lobero Theatre’s courtyard. Our afternoon will include a silent auction, mingling and music, appetizers and drinks, and a brief program – all in support of advancing economic, environmental, and social justice in our communities.
